Alexandria — The parking lot at the Old Town Keller Williams office on S. Washington Street was transformed Saturday morning, Oct. 13 into a large White Elephant/Yard Sale. Tables were filled with gently used, high quality home goods. The sale raised $1,665 for the upcoming annual Thanksgiving Dinner Event.
Last year, the staff and Keller Williams agents, working with ALIVE!, provided and delivered 60 Thanksgiving dinners to families in Alexandria. Each family received a turkey, pumpkin pie, bag of potatoes, dinner rolls, stuffing, green beans, corn and cranberries. This year a goal of 100 dinners has been set.
