Fairfax City residents got their first taste of Edge to Edge® Pizza when Donatos Pizza opened, Tuesday, Aug. 28. The new restaurant, located at 10160 Fairfax Blvd., is operated by Donatos franchise partner Slice of Life Enterprise, LLC.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of pizzas, subs, wings and salads. The Edge-to-Edge® toppings and the pizza's thin crust has been the hallmark that has made Donatos a Midwest favorite, and the owners think it will soon be a favorite of Fairfax City.
The business plans on hiring up to 45 full-time and part-time associates to staff the Fairfax City location. Tim Short, a veteran of Donatos, has been selected as the general manager. He has recently relocated to Northern Virginia with his wife Melissa. His background in community outreach and relationship were chosen to mesh with the businesses, non-profits and schools in Fairfax City.
The Fairfax Blvd. pizzeria will feature a 28 seat dining area as well as convenient delivery and pick up services. In addition to dining-in at the new Donatos, customers can place their orders by calling 703-273-6333 or by logging onto www.donatos.com/NOVA. Store hours are 11 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
