Now celebrating 100 years, McLean Day continues to evolve with the times. This year, the food offerings will be changed by the appearance of several popular gourmet food trucks offering everything from eggrolls and lobster rolls to fried Oreo cookies and crepes. The festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, at Lewinsville Park, 1659 Chain Bridge Road. Produced by the McLean Community Center, admission to the festival is free.
Foodies will be delighted with an expanded menu that includes halal food, new vegetarian options and a sneak peek at a new restaurant opening this summer, Astro Doughnuts and Fried Chicken.

The festival will be held rain or shine. Voting for MCC Governing Board members will begin at 10:30 a.m. The rest of the festival opens at 11 a.m. Parking will not be allowed at Lewinsville Park on the day of the festival. Free shuttle buses will run from McLean Baptist Church, 1367 Chain Bridge Rd.; Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 1545 Chain Bridge Road; and MCC, 1234 Ingleside Avenue and will drop off passengers at the entrance to the park.
