Arson - 10/16/2015 100 block Herndon Parkway. A citizen reported he extinguished a small fire he found burning next to a vacant building. Investigation revealed that four juveniles had intentionally set the fire. The juveniles were returned to school and their parents were notified. There was no damage to the building.
