DAY 1

It’s just another day at the shelter. I really hope I get adopted soon. Being cooped up in this tiny cage really stinks. Anyway, food is being served. Gotta go!

DAY 2

A nice man visited me today. He seemed like he wanted to adopt me. I really got my hopes up, but I later saw him leaving with another cat. Shucks.

DAY 3

I think my dream has come true! A woman visited me, and then I saw her filling out forms! She left, but I’m pretty sure I am one of her favorite kitties!

DAY 4

The lady came back! She looked at some other cats, but then she took me out and put me in a carrier. We headed for the car, and I thought, “Oh great, here we go again!” When I was set in the car, I noticed two children. As they talked, I figured out that the woman’s name was Rachel, and the girls’ names were Rebecca and Charlotte.

DAY 5

The people have put me in a room. Last night I just cowered under the bed. While the humans were sleeping, I decided to sniff around a little bit. Here is what the room looked like: there are two windows and a large bed. In front of the window there is a perch on which I like to sit. In the bathroom, there is a food and water bowl for me, and a litter box. I must go, for I am feeling quite tired.

DAY 6

I got to go out of the room today! There is a gate by the stairs, but I think I have enough to explore for the moment. It turns out there is a third child named Lauren, and a man named Brian. They both seem nice, and I think I have found my forever home! I’m so happy!
