Area residents are invited to have coffee with Del. David Bulova (D-37), this Saturday, Dec. 8, from 9-11 a.m., at Main Street Bagel, 10268 Main St. in Fairfax. Constituents can talk to him about issues of interest and ask questions about legislation affecting their community. It’s casual and informal and appointments aren’t needed.
