Great Falls Studios 15th annual Art Tour will begin Friday, Oct. 19, and run through Saturday and Sunday.
The Studios invite art lovers to the Preview Party to be held at the Great Falls Library, 9830 Georgetown Pike on Tuesday, Oct. 16 from 7 to 8.30 p.m. You may preview examples of the artist's art, meet artists, ask questions about the event and more while enjoying refreshments and a little light music.
There will be artist demonstrations from painter Robert Gilbert (using oils and/or watercolor), photographer Robin Kent (who will demonstrate time lapse photography), printmaker Will Tuthill (who will demo using his Mini Halfwood Press) and painter Parinaz Bahadori (who will demo how she makes art with collage from a hotel room while traveling).
