Art Exhibit: Rough around the Edges. Through July 6, gallery hours at ArtSpace Herndon, 750 Center St., Herndon. On display through July 6, Rough around the Edges - Works in Paper by Ronni Jolles. Jolles’s work has a three dimensional quality to it, due to the textures of the papers, gathered from around the world, and the way in which the paper is manipulated as it is glued to the canvas. Acrylic paints and sealants are then used on top of each layer of paper to add more variation in color, to bring out textures, and to protect the paper.
