Hard Times Café co-owner Fred Parker and his former bartender of seven years, now a commercial plane pilot, Mark Boudreau wait for the calling of divisions at the staging grounds. Boudreau saw snow in the air as he flew into Washington on a morning flight to make this year’s parade.
