Capt. Michael Manning of the Sheriff’s Office graduated Dec. 12 from the 235th session of the FBI National Academy Program at Quantico. Manning was one of 256 law-enforcement officers who graduated from the 11-week training program. Manning is a 15-year veteran of the Sheriff's Office and oversees the operations of the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
