The Southwestern Youth Association Arsenal Red 95 took the title of girls’ U-13 champion in the National Bank Summer Kick-Off Tournament in Blacksburg over the Memorial Day weekend. The tournament was held on the campus of Virginia Tech, and the Arsenal finished the tournament at 3-0-1.
