All smiles over the unexpectedly large turnout are Tiffeny Sanchez and Susan Drachsler, co-chairs of the Friends of the Alexandria Mental Health Center, and Masharia Holman, co-chair of the 40th anniversary committee and vice-chair of the Alexandria Services Board. Sanchez is also vice-chair of the CSB.
