A Fort Belvoir firefighter manipulates a hose to provide water to Fairfax County Fire Station 24 (Woodlawn) fire truck as they pump water to extinguish the blaze in Bldg. J-207. Under a mutual aid agreement Fairfax County assist Fort Belvoir with its emergency and fire services.
