Alexandria's Isley Ranked #1 in U.S.
After five back-to-back days of competition in Kansas City, Mo., T.C. Williams High School senior and Alexandria native Troy Isley emerged victorious at the U.S.A. Boxing National Championship on Saturday, Dec. 10, and was crowned the #1 National Champion in the 165-pound weight class.
