Cayce Utley, president of the Northern Virginia chapter of Showing Up for Racial Justice tells nearly 60 Northern Virginia residents at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax in Oakton about her organization and how they can turn their outrage over recent cases of police brutality into action and advance the Black Lives Matter movement locally.
