Jim Barett from M & S Grill, a spin-off American grill concept at McCormick & Schmick’s on Democracy Drive in the Reston Town Center, won first place with his ahi tuna pops dish: Seared ahi tuna rolled in Chinese five-spice powder and black and white sesame seeds with Wakame cucumber salad and cilantro peanut sauce.
