Great Falls Boy Scout Troop 55, sponsored by the St. Francis Episcopal Church on Georgetown Pike, and Boy Scout Gordon Rissing, a senior at Langley High School, led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance. Troop 55 Scoutmaster Gary Pan, who is also a board member of the Great Falls Citizens Association, moderated the debate.
