Finn Skelton, 6, of Reston gets a little encouragement from John Odenkirk, Fisheries Biologist III Certified Fisheries Scientist, Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries. Finn hoped for a big one and got it. "I'm going to fry it and eat it with French fries," Finn said enthusiastically.
