Randi Meinert of Racine, Wisc., places a photo of her brother Jacob on his headstone in Section 60 of Arlington National Cemetery following the Memorial Day ceremonies May 28. Lance Corporal Jacob Meinert was killed Jan. 10, 2010, when he stepped on a land mine while serving with the U.S. Marines in Afghanistan.
