U.S. Army Col. Kevin Rue (ret), right, is presented with a certificate from Col. Robert Weekley (ret) recognizing him as an honorary member of the West Point Class of 1959, the class of Medal of Honor recipient Rocky Versace. Rue has been an advocate for the city’s Vietnam Memorial Plaza, which is named for Versace.
