Centreville realtor and Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) member Judy Harsh, pictured with NVAR CEO Christine Todd, received the 2013 Good Neighbor Award from the National Association of Realtors for her efforts to provide affordable housing for those suffering from serious brain diseases through her founding of and work with The Brain Foundation.
