Burner started Greenspring’s dog therapy program at the retirement center’s nursing home. "We have been going there for seven years. Itsy and Bitsy are both very good with people who are ill. They sense it, and Itsy will nestle next to someone. Sometimes we visit the patients three or four times in a week." Burner also organizes Greenspring’s Halloween Pet Parade. "Oh, these two have a lot of costumes," she said.
