Revelers in Sandy Point drop anchor for the Memorial Day weekend and enjoy the warm water and weather on May 26. The group is generally welcoming of the Fairfax County Police Marine Patrol Unit giving a wave, exchanging jokes and offering water and drinks to the officers.
