After measured ingredients are scooped into the meal packs, the bags are individually weighed and rice added to make required weight. Colvin Run ES assistant principal Mary Lou Carmack, Kevin Martell, 6, Caroline Martell, 8, Leslie Martell, and Colvin Run school counselor Nathan Herendeen are in the front row.
