The Loudoun Amateur Radio Group (LARG) is gearing up to celebrate Loudoun Amateur Radio Week. In addition to Amateur Radio Week, the group will participate in an annual national emergency preparedness exercise called "Field Day," June 28 and 29. LARG will hold this year’s Field Day at Banshee Reeks Park, and will be operating from 2 p.m., Saturday, June 28 until 2 p.m., Sunday, June 29. The public is invited to visit the Field Day site at 14282 Rehoboth Church Road, Lovettsville, Saturday between 2:30-4 p.m. and Sunday between 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Visit www.helloradio.org.
