Mount Vernon Kiwanis Club members Joanne and Bruce Malkin distributed Wal-Mart gift certificates on Dec. 20 to 40 participants in the Creekside Neighborhood Center’s year-round after-school and summer programs. The center is a part of the UCM family of activities.
