Chef Ray Riddle and Culpepper Garden Board chair Susan Philp discuss the evening selections of filo-wrapped asparagus, spring rolls, tiny ice cream cone cakes with a specially created 40th logo, miniature crab cakes and a large platter high with pink shrimp at the Culpepper Garden 40th anniversary garden party.
