Northern VA Regional Gang Task Force Director, Jay Lanham, answers questions during a Fairfax County Police Department press conference on Feb 16, 2017. Fairfax County Police announced charges against 10 suspects in the abduction and murder of 15-year-old Damaris Alexandra Reyes Rivas. Her body was discovered in an industrial park near Lake Accotink Park on Feb 11th. Representatives from Prince William County Police, Prince Georges County Police, the Northern Virginia Regional Gang Task Force, FBI, and the Department of Homeland Security also participated.
