When hurricane-force winds slammed into the local area two weeks ago, they felled trees and power lines and knocked out electricity to more than 1 million residents in Northern Virginia. This incident happened awhile ago, and the weapon turned out to be a replica of a long-barreled, semiautomatic rifle.
