* At 554 PM EDT, radar indicated that thunderstorms had produced
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Heavy rain continues to fall with another inch
possible through 630 pm right in Downtown Cincinnati, Covington
and Newport. Runoff from this excessive rainfall will cause flash
flooding to occur.

Cincinnati, Covington, Norwood, Fort Thomas, Newport, Villa Hills,
Bellevue, Fort Wright, Dayton, Ludlow, Park Hills, Delshire,
