Somewhere in Time Antiques, purveyor of furniture and bric-a-brac from the 1860s to 1950s will open for business in February in the Lake Anne Village Center. Somewhere in Time carries chests, cabinets, chairs, tables, armoires, vanities, antique organs, antique jewelry, oriental rugs, plus decorative accessories and more.

Yogen Früz, Marvelous Market, and Chipotle will all open in the Reston Town Center this spring. Yogen Früz opens in March, Marvelous Market opens in April and Chipotle will open later in the season.

LifeStages Fitness of Reston, in partnership with Virginia Therapy and Fitness Center, announced a new program to help older adults lessen the risks of falling and potentially injuring themselves. The class begins with an in-depth assessment of an individual’s risk of falling, which ensures a targeted approach toward enhancing that person’s balance and mobility. A program of exercises is then designed for each participant to increase their strength and flexibility, improve the way they walk, help them to better control their center of gravity, and enhance proactive and reactive postural strategies.
