Where Have the Reston Lakeside Pharmacy Icons Gone?

The 1960s Pop Art Lakeside Pharmacy Icons, removed from the facade of the building in mid-July after its recent sale, are safe and sound. "They are in storage under the care of Capitol Museum Services in Manassas, where they are awaiting a refresh,” said the Executive Director of the Reston Historic Trust, Alexandra Campbell.

"We are collaborating with Capitol Museum Services, and Jeanne Krohn is designing installation," said Campbell. "The proposed plan is to reinstall them in the breezeway from the Lake Anne Plaza to the Chimney House Parking lot," Campbell said. She added, “We are still in the initial design phase though and are seeking to display them in a fashion worthy of their historic nature."
