An extensive investigation led to the closure of 28 burglary cases in the Franconia and West Springfield Districts. Investigation revealed the suspects, four juveniles, were breaking into unoccupied homes and stealing property. Approximately $15,000 worth of property was recovered. Charges were pending against the juveniles.
