The Ezra Company has negotiated on behalf of Aveshka a 20,550-square-foot lease at 4075 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington’s Ballston neighborhood. In this five-year transaction, The Ezra Company Senior Vice President Paul Chandler and Associate Sam Werner represented Aveshka, whose new office is triple the size of its previous facility at 1420 Spring Hill Road in McLean. Founded approximately three years ago, Aveshka focuses on: Policy, planning and preparedness, innovative analytics solutions, cybersecurity and IT, and healthcare. The privately held company expects to boost its current roster of 65 professionals to more than 100 by the first quarter’s end. The Arlington-based Shooshan Company owns the nine-story, 177,046-square-foot building at 4075 Wilson Blvd., which is known as Two Liberty Center.
