Members of Girl Scouts Daisy Troop 1348 and Brownie Troop 2318 from Sterling visited the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility to learn more about recycling and to see where their garbage goes. The tour included a drive throughout the facility to show how the landfill works and how waste items are diverted for reuse or recycling.
