Suzanne Seaberg and her daughter, Meredith, 6, of Manassas, cheer on the runners of the Daisy Dash 5K Race at the Fair Oaks Mall on Saturday morning in Fairfax. Over 4,000 runners participated in the event. Seaberg is hoping to start the Girls on the Run program at her daughter's school in Manassas.
