Bec Koop’s family, mother Suzi Klyber, Suzi’s husband Greg Sieb and siblings Nick Koop and Elizabeth, Sarah and Laura Sieb announce Bec’s engagement to Charlie Rackley, son of Kathy and Gary Rackley of Charleston, S.C. Koop is a 2003 graduate of Herndon High School and a 2007 graduate of Radford University.
Rackley is a 1997 graduate of Bishop England High School in Charleston, S.C. and a 2001 graduate of Wingate University in North Carolina. The couple works at Snowshoe Mountain Resort in W.Va. The couple is planning a fall wedding in 2009 near Snowshoe, W.Va.
