St. Joseph's School Boy Scout Troop 913 of Herndon endured Arctic conditions during a January campout at Elizabeth Furnace in the George Washington National Forest, West of Front Royal. 17 scouts braved the cold with temperatures falling to 7 degrees with nothing more than tents, sleeping bags, dedication and endurance.
