With a 52-33 win over Loudoun Triple Threat, the Fairfax Bulldogs U-12 boys’ basketball team won the Battle of Balls Bluff tournament for a second consecutive year. The Bulldogs were led by All-Tournament players Evan Gray, Zach Hess and Dillon Lopynski.
