Watercolor instructor Catherine Hillis will teach a weekend workshop on watercolor painting for beginning through intermediate students on Saturday and Sunday, July 11 and 12, 10 a.m.- 3 p.m., at the new Lorton Workhouse Art Center, 9518 Workhouse Way, Lorton.
