Executive director of the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority and author of "Lead like a General" Paul Gilbert is greeted by chamber chair Tim Sargeant, chamber president Michael Gailliot and chamber executive director Holly Dougherty. Gilbert agreed to fill in as guest speaker for the 58th annual dinner after chair of the Fairfax County Planning Commission Pat Murphy came down with the flu.
