Representing the Fairfax County Rugby teams, John Casey presents the idea of transforming the park into the first designated county rugby field. Casey noted that this year Fairfax Police Youth Club Girls Rugby Team and the Fort Hunt Boys Rugby Team won the Virginia High School State Championships and the Fort Hunt Girls Rugby Team advanced to the finals.
