Barbara Doyle, INOVA Mount Vernon Hospital CEO, leads the applause during the the dedication of the Mark and Brenda Miller Medical Tower on Friday, June 15 at the main entrance on Collingwood Road. District Supervisor Jeff McKay, U.S. Rep. Jim Moran, chairs Mark and Brenda Moore, District Supervisor Gerry Hyland and state Sen. Toddy Puller joined an audience of dozens of citizens in attendance.
