Following County Board approval of the final site plan for 3901 North Fairfax Drive in Arlington, Bernstein Management Corporation and Crimson Partners are moving forward with plans to open the building in early 2014. This development site is centrally located between Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations encompassing an entire city block fronting on North Fairfax Drive in the Rosslyn Ballston Corridor. The 9-story building with 200,000 square feet of office and retail includes additional amenities such as a 13,000-square-foot performing arts theater and conference center. Avison Young has been retained as the leasing firm.
