U.S. Rep. Roscoe Bartlett (R-9) walked behind his Prius and touted the vehicle's mileage. The ninth district now includes large parts of Potomac for the first time. Bartlett, a 20-year incumbent, will face Democrat John Delaney on Nov. 6.
