Jigna Shah, Farnaz Kad and Rohini Batra enjoy fine vintages on a sunny afternoon in Crystal City at the Taste of Wine and Jazz festival. Farnaz, a new arrival to Arlington, was impressed with the tunes of Trio Caliente and the general vibe of the annual festival.
