The Miss Greater Springfield Outstanding Teen 2013 title was awarded to Cassie Donegan of Hampton Roads. Donegan, a sophmore at Bethel Christian Academy, competed against 11 other candidates. She plans to use her title to support a platform of greater distribution of school budgets to include arts education.
