"I was a very proud husband and Dad!" wrote Nick J. Salameh, of Fairfax Station, in an email to the Connection describing how he felt while admiring his wife Kimberly and their 3-year-old son Shepherd exploring the rocks on the Old Town Alexandria waterfront and enjoying the windy, cool day on the Potomac aboard a water taxi en route to National Harbor. "Kimberly looked as beautiful as ever. Shepherd was looking very sporty and handsome in his bright orange (favorite color) pullover. I had all the ingredients I needed to capture the moments of the memories we'll cherish forever," wrote Salameh.
