Aging-in-Place Specialist Russ Glickman converted the unfinished lower level of a three-level home into an in-law suite to facilitate the emerging mobility requirements of the homeowners who are both seniors. The 2,000-square-foot living space includes a kitchenette and dining zone, a den with direct access to the rear yard, a large master suite that includes a curbless roll-in shower, and a laundry room.
