Troop 1154 from Ashburn, Va., were going to plant 400 saplings and remove invasive garlic mustard plants from along the C&O Canal during the 7th annual C&O Canal Pride Days on Saturday, April 26. It was Life Scout Cameron Calpin's project; he is a candidate for Eagle Scout.
